Zumba Day 2


Day two in the books!!  And you know what, I enjoyed it more today.  Some of the moves already came easier to me and I felt this routine was a little more difficult than yesterday's.  But the challange is what I'm looking for.  To push myself, and realize that I finally can enjoy working out.  I go through spurts where I go to the gym, or walk, or occasionally work out, but always seem to find a way to stop.  With Zumba, I'm determined, and know now I have found something, I will continue to do after the results.  Its SO much fun!  I went through 2 bottles of water during the 20 minute workout alone.  But because its condensed to 20 minutes, I keep pushing, keep going, and it feels wonderful.  Because at the end, I can feel it!!!  Progress takes time, I vow to not get discouraged with myself, and know with healthy eating, and Zumba, I'll get to where I want to be, and never plan on going back.  Thanks ZUMBA!!!  Why didn't I think of doing dancing on a regular basis years ago?!  All I can say is WATCH out Dancing With The Stars. Ha. Let me get half way famous, and I can totally get the gig!  ;) 

For doing so well all week with eating and working out, I'm going to reward myself with a glass of Vino!! 

Push yourself and keep going, it will get better!  It takes time people!!
